  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund or replacement at no additional charge.
  • To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, we may ask for further details and visual confirmation (photo or video).
  • Upon confirming your described issue, we will issue your choice of return, replacement, or refund within 48 hours.

Exchange policy 🛒

Did not receive the item you expected or have a change of heart? No worries, we will have you taken care of. If you no longer wish to keep your order or would like to try something else, our team will have a solution for you. Due to the fluid nature of these situations, exchanges and replacements are resolved on a case-by-case basis.
